SIMFLO has been a family-owned and privately held company since 1951 and the company continues to lead the innovation of pump technology that is critical to the communities, commercial enterprises, and agricultural areas that it serves. The company engineers manufactures and designs custom-built vertical turbine and submersible turbine pumps, parts, and pump design/overhaul/rebuild services for major industrial users, municipal water services, manufacturing, mining, chemicals, hydrocarbons, and saltwater extraction. At SIMFLO, each bowl assembly is custom configured to the customer’s requirements for flow and pressure by our experienced sales staff. SIMFLO’s bowls range in size from 4″ to 28″, capable of producing from 5 gallons per minute to 18,000 gallons per minute at up to 1,500′ of head. Standard cast iron discharge heads are available with 3″ to 10″ outlets, and fabricated steel heads can be custom configured with 2″ to 30″ outlets. Submersible discharge heads are also available with 2″ to 12″ outlets. SIMFLO’s extensive and readily available line of Stainless Steel products maintains our superior quality and robust construction.

SIMFLO’s products can be made in a wide range of materials including cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, NI-resist, NI-hard, bronze alloys (including aluminum-bronze), stainless steel, and heat-treated aluminum. Many bowl modifications are available, including wear rings (bronze, aluminum-bronze, 304-316-416 stainless steel, NI-resist, Teflon, ceramic, etc.); lateral machining for deep settings in excess of 1,000′; grease-packed bearings; hard-chrome plated 416 stainless steel bowl shafting and extra length bearings.

SIMFLO’s state-of-the-art test facilities can test a wide variety of pumps, with low and medium voltage VFD services with capacities up to 2,000 HP and test line flow meters for flows up to 40,000 GPM.
