Duperon®Dual Auger System –  A Solution to “Flushable” Wipes:

The Duperon® Dual-Auger System (DAS) is a simple and compact screen that removes the majority of wipes and rags in the collection system. By removing non-dissolvable solids at (or near) the point they enter the collection system, the DAS restores systemwide integrity by allowing them to operate as they were designed, unimpeded by wipes.

Duperon® FlexRake®IQ™

The Duperon® FlexRake® IQ™ is designed to deliver a great range of flexibility over the broadest range of conditions. Designed with a patent-pending sequence technology that delivers 4 times greater debris removal. The FlexRake IQ enhances solids handling by sensing conditions and speeding up – or slowing down – to accommodate changing debris and flow in real-time. The scrapers have an enhanced tooth profile and unique collection geometry that handle stones and remove solids cleaned at he higher speed. Large debris is still managed without shutdown and the re-imagined FlexLink™ system ensures that scrapers return to cleaning the screen field faster.

Duperon® FlexRake® FPFS:

The Duperon® FlexRake® FPFS combines rugged reliability with fine-screen openings. Utilizing staging scrapers that clean the face of the bar screen and stainless steel teeth that fully penetrate the bar, the Duperon® FlexRake® FPFS offers precision technology with the ability to adapt to large debris. Custom tear-shaped bars with a 50% efficiency for .25-inch bar openings result in more favorable flow characteristics and decreased headloss. The powerful combination of stainless steel and UHMW scrapers allows for the best in redundancy and unit performance.

The Duperon® FlexRake® FPFS is available in .25 – .50 inch bar openings, and in configurations from 2 feet – 10 feet wide and up to 100 feet long. Single-strand models are available for channels 18 – 24 inches.

Duperon® Washer Compactor:

The Duperon® Washer Compactor patent-pending Discharge Extension Option (DEO) can transport debris up to 40 feet in any direction, even vertically, eliminating the need for additional motor-driven conveyance systems. Most washer compactors rely on the debris chute for compaction. This consists of pushing debris through a set orifice to dewater, using friction from the chute to compact, and applying high horsepower motors to move the plug. With this type of equipment, extended discharge chutes would result in over-compaction and jamming. The Duperon Washer Compactor works differently. The dual augers combined with the geometry of the chute layout produce back pressure.  This back pressure allows the weight of the plug column (not friction from the chute) to dewater and compact debris. This allows the DEO to easily transport compacted screenings to extended distances, without resistance, additional conveyance augers/mechanisms, or large motors. This makes the DEO an excellent option for retrofit applications with challenging constraints.
