Gryphon has made it possible to use mass transfer and heat transfer to remove water from a suspension. The result is efficient and low-cost drying technology that makes it more affordable to dry biomass, biosolids, sludge, plastics and proteins. Gryphon’s Advanced Drying Technology consists of a continuous belt drive system that is designed in 10 foot long segments. With both five feet wide and ten feet wide options, these segments are assembled in a series to produce a single, larger dryer with few moving parts. This design offers the most in expansion flexibility and drives down capital costs. Our unique and patented air pressure differentials also make the Gryphon dryer the most efficient process available for drying your residuals or products. To cap it all off, Gryphon has a Re-Circulating air stream that eliminates the needs of air permitting while enhancing the drying process.
